This is a very nice set of Steak Knives made from high quality German steel. I received these knives at a discount for testing and an honest review. I’ve used these knives to cut steak and other types of meats and the results have been very good. The knives are very sharp and cut through meat with little effort required, the cuts are clean with no visible tearing. These knives seem like they would belong in high end steakhouses and definitely fit in well in the homes of meat lovers. This set will definitely be replacing my old set of steak knives, it is an upgrade in every way. The size of these steak knives is just right, and will work well with larger cuts like a thick T-bone or even a cowboy steak.
The knives are very attractive with a full tang construction and satin-like finish on the metal. The triple riveted Pakkawood handles make the knives comfortable to hold in your hands and don’t have any rough or sharp edges that dig into your hand. Everything is well rounded and well finished, I did not see any blemishes or problems on these knives. The knives have a good bit of heft thanks to the high quality, high carbon German steel used in it’s construction. They have been very durable and have held it’s cutting edge well so far. The serrated design ensures that the knives retain their sharpness and don’t dull from contact with plates and other cutting surfaces. I have no doubt these knives will last and work well for many years to come. These also come with a lifetime warranty to protect you from defects.
The packaging and box the knives come in also help to give this set a very premium feel. The box is sturdy and attractive and there are cutouts for each knife. Also included is a polishing cloth for the knives after cleaning, a key chain with the Dalstrong logo, and booklet with information. This would be a great set of knives to give away as a Christmas or home warming gift. They are really high quality and are impressive to look at and use, I would recommend these to those in need of a better set of steak knives or are just shopping for gifts.
